Brian and I are sending you this note to express our appreciation for all of the help that you gave us during our wedding preparations and “big day”. Without your undying commitment we are confident that our wedding would not have looked as beautiful or had gone as smoothly as it did. We always envisioned our wedding to be a beautiful and fun occasion. However, with your astute leadership and your visionary eye we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. For this we are most thankful!
From the beginning of our wedding preparations both Brian and I were quite overwhelmed with the number of different vendors, choices and how all of the disparate participants would work together in concert. Having you step in and act as our single point of contact for all vendors as well as coordinating with our church and reception site allowed both Brian and I to feel at ease that all moving parts will come together.
Another element that not only both Brian and I appreciated, but also my family and all active participants involved in the wedding was the detailed schedule and agenda that you put together for the entire wedding. It allowed all those involved to know what was going on and where to be at the right time. This eliminated confusion for so many people, that allowed the days leading up to the wedding, as well as the wedding day, to occur smoothly.
I have always been told from other brides to expect different parts of your wedding day to not go as smoothly as you imagined it, but to just go with the flow. This expectation was not case for our wedding. The entire day and night went smoothly not only for me but for Brian’s and my family as well. It was not until the next day when I heard all of the fires you put out and controlled. You will never know how grateful I am for all of the hard work you did behind the scenes that allowed both of us to have a terrific evening.
There are so many things that both Brian and I are grateful for. This letter does not begin to describe the innate gratitude that we feel. I just want to thank you for all of your support. You were such an integral part of our wedding and we really appreciate all that you did for us.
